The following data will be requested as soon as you express interest in renting a property
• copy of valid identity card(s), if student: also a copy of identification of parents/guarantor;
• if student: income details of parents/guarantor (if renting independent accommodation);
• employment contract;
• employer's statement;
• copies of the 3 most recent pay slips or income data;
• copies of the 3 most recent bank statements showing payment of salary and proof of payment of rent or mortgage of your current residence (other transactions on the bank statement may be crossed out);
• copy of bank card showing salary or income information;
• if the potential tenant - possibly as a director/shareholder through a company - is self-employed: a recent extract from the Chamber of Commerce, income tax return/annual accounts for the past 3 years; provisional tax return for the current year and an accountant's statement;
• if a student, proof of university registration (to be requested by e-mail: study@maastrichtuniversity.nl);
• if landlord or broker requires it: a certificate of good conduct.
This data will only be used for the following purposes:
• You will be added in our CRM system
• To receive our newsletter (if you are subscribed)
• To call or email you when we deem it necessary
• To prepare an order for services
• To prepare a brokerage agreement
• To prepare a management agreement
• To draw up a rental agreement
• To draw up an invoice
Sharing of personal data
